Shipping and Handling

At Advertising, Design & Solutions, Inc., we always strive to ensure your order is produced and delivered on schedule. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier issues, customs delays, or unforeseen technical problems. Customers agree not to hold Advertising, Design & Solutions, Inc. liable for any such delays.

We make every effort to meet delivery timelines. In the rare event of production or equipment malfunction that causes a delay, any applicable rush fees will be refunded or waived.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Shipping is available to North America and Canada only.

Returns

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can assist.

For damaged shipments, a claim will be filed with the carrier for compensation. Advertising, Design & Solutions, Inc. insures all shipments unless a third-party shipping account is provided. If a third-party account is used, the account holder assumes all responsibility for insurance and claims.

Third-Party Shipping Policy

We offer third-party shipping as a courtesy. Any incorrect addresses, refusal of shipment, or shipping chargebacks that in turn bill Advertising, Design & Solutions, Inc. (ADS) will be billed directly back to the customer, along with a $25 administrative processing fee any additional charges incurred by the carrier.

If you are not using a third-party shipping account, orders will ship via UPS or FedEx standard rates, unless otherwise instructed. To ensure safe and efficient delivery, some products may need to ship individually or from different fulfillment locations. Contact us before completing your order if you have any questions.
